Please read before booking.

Sewdeliska is unable to offer catch-up classes for lessons that are not attended by the student. We will do our best to offer you a make-up class as a courtesy however, as places are limited and cancellations tend to be last-minute and few, the opportunity may not be possible.

You will start a 2nd or 3rd project that you may not finish making in the course of a term.

If, unfortunately, the term class is cancelled by Sewdeliska before commencement date because minimum enrolment numbers are not met, you will be sent a full refund within 5 days of notification.

If you must cancel your place during the term or are unable to attend for any reason, there will be no refunds or transfers issued. It will be considered a ‘change of mind’ and there will be no exceptions to this so please be sure of your commitment before booking.

If you need to cancel before the booked term commences, and with at least 48 hours notice of your session time, you will be refunded less a cancelation fee of 15%.

The instructor may have to cancel a class because they cannot perform their role due to illness or otherwise. As much notice will be given as is possible. A class will be rescheduled for another majority agreed time or a refund for the session given.

In the case of a Western Australian government imposed Covid 'lockdown', 50% of the value of the classes affected will be refunded.

Private lessons booked and not attended and without notice, will forfeit 100% of the booking payment.
If rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the customer will be entitled to a 50% off coupon code toward the following booking.
