Beginner Sewing >> Advanced Sewing
Join a Sewdeliska sewing class in Perth, as part of a friendly, small group (maximum four students) or book a private sewing lesson. All sewing skill levels are catered for.
Bring your own projects and be guided through the process in a light-filled studio.
If you're a beginner sewist, start with a Sewdeliska pyjama pant and focus on good technique and terminologies. From there on, you bring what you want to make - at an appropriate beginner/easy level.
If you're more intermediate, you can bring your own projects from the get-go.
You'll learn how to:
- Measure your figure
- Read sewing patterns and identify material requirements
- Choose fabrics appropriate for the style
- Simple sewing pattern adjustments
- Techniques for fabric handling, laying up and cutting out
- Sewing construction methods and cool techniques to go from slow to pro!
- Fitting your garment and making changes to hone the styling
- Trouble shoot all those inevitable 'road-blocks' with the assistance of an experienced dressmaker

What you need:
